  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your item.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and custom design, worn or personalized pieces can’t be returned.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right immediately.
